I liked Dubya. He walked into a load of Stuff and never blamed anyone else. No matter how many arows people were shooting at him.

Chook....Being you're from the land of Land Rovers..do you get much of the locals given you chit for owning a Hummer?

When I Admin'd a Land Rover forum, seems that a lot of the members were from Oz. With their Discos, Freelanders, D110's and Rangies...I sold off my POS Freelander for the Hummer..smartest move I ever made in the way of cars.

Mainstream Offroaders here use Toyota & Nissan, Landrovers are preety rare here, most are collectors and the reason they were on the forums is the old ones weren't terribly reliable.

Aussies are a pretty tolerable lot though. As long as its not just doing the school run, and you can hold your own off road, your part of the club.

When the Hummer first came out 80% of the pre-orders were Black Bling Machines, so we copped a bit of stick early. Didn't take long though with the Motoring Mags (and enthusiasts like Myself, Nugget & others) to show off Hummers Off Road prowess & that tends to shut them up.
