Hello AlphaDon.,
I cruised through Lowell on my way to Grand Rapids years ago. Cool small city with a great business district. That's a good looking Hummer you have. Welcome to the forum.
Hello ebatters,
Did you replace the drivers side switch with an OEM switch (GM or ACDelco)? Aftermarket switches sometimes have issues. Do what alrock suggested and check the wiring. These videos should help.
Usually it's the switch or the regulator. Good luck.
General Motors had lost market share over the years and had too much capacity. The company needed to reorganize. Than came the Great Recession of 2007-2009. Remember the housing bubble bursting and the sub-prime mortgage crisis? The financial system went to hell and the world suffered...
Hello Aspen.
I looked at the high performance parts but went with GM/ACDelco parts instead. After I burnished the brakes I had a small white car pull out in front of me. I stood on the brakes and thank goodness no paint was swapped. I'm sure the small car had to have the seats cleaned but I'm...

Welcome Tony! Never replaced a heater core in a H3 but have in other vehicles. Not a fun job. Here's a video with a 2009 H3T Alpha from Paul Kelley. It will give you a good idea of what you are in for. There's also some good information at 17:30 showing the sunroof drain hoses. Good luck.
Had OEM terminals that wouldn't tighten down. Threw them away and installed Stinger battery terminals [SPT53102 for the positive and SPT53302 for the negative] on my 2006 H3. Well worth the money.
I'm riding on Nitto Terra Grappler G2s [305/55r20], Very nice tire for running the trails and for pounding the pavement. They ride and handle great. Not bad for noise. Little on the expensive side. Overall a very good tire.
Thank you rascole, Korby7 and 3Hummers for the warm welcome. No doubt this is the best Hummer forum on the interweb. Here to learn and help if I can. I retired from General Motors Lansing MI site in 09. We built a lot of cars over the years [mainly Oldsmobiles]. Worked a variety of jobs...
