Hey guys so the radiator developing some cracks on the front left side and back mid section. No accident. I've read is a common problem. So who here has resolved this problem and how much estimated am i looking at? Also plan to replace my pitman too but radiator is more important.

Replaced mine a few years ago due to the oil cooler fittings leaking. OE radiators are pretty cheap compared to what they were when I bought mine. Will be at work tomorrow will text you the price

I replaced mine a few months ago because it was leaking too, if your doing the work yourself, I think a replacement OEM one was like $300-$380

Change your coolant every three years. The coolant becomes acidic and eats out the core. The also have tablets you add to the coolant to help keep the acidic/oxidation down.

I just did. It was a pain in the @$$!!!! Is to close too the crossmember to get a puller on it. Ended up unbolting the steering box so it could be turned for access.

^^ Robert I had to do the same thing, what a huge pain in the @ss. That crossmember makes it nearly impossible to remove without taking the steering box off. I think it took me a good two hours get the damn thing off. The idler arm was no big deal. I also changed the centerlink to the Kryptonite one, added the idler support bracket, frame gusset, and added the cognito support kit and upgraded to the kryptonite tie rods at the same time. The only issue I have is the heavy duty moog joints they use tend to stick a little no matter how frequently I lube them. Don't get me wrong I like them a lot, I can just feel them sticking a little so it might be time to change all 4 ball joints.

I saw the tool to remove them at auto zone to rent. My steering wheel is a little cock eyed to the side. Did an alignment but dealer said it was the pitman. Any link to am upgraded pitman,? Guess i should have the dealer do it for me. I'm looking for direct replacement no modifications. Thx

I went with a Moog problem solver pitman. I don't think the pitman would make your steering wheel off though. It is splined so it only goes on the steering box one way.
