I'm debating on letting go of my beloved SUT ! I'm having trouble parking it at the house with my newest member in the house ! I've always been a fan of the HMC4 so I pulled the trigger. Build pics are coming soon, as we speak it's getting built up and will be in moab in Oct. Wish me luck Im taking the plunge into the H1 !

Awesome, congrats. I think you should park the H2 on Zach's lawn. He can watch it for you and make sure it gets regularly exercised.

Bought it out of state and had it trucked in from Pittsburgh and debating about parking all the Hummers on Zach's yard. Should be ready for August Bishop run, The H1 is a 1999 wheels are gonna be for sale soon. Thanks for all the props ! I'm very excited and am learning that parts are scarce and expensive but I'm up for the challenge ! Build thread is getting started, after all I've had this rig for 3 whole days and I needed to add some stuff. lol

Congrats on the truck!!

Parts aren't necessarily real scarse or expensive. And... once you've wheeled it once you will get so hooked that it doesn't matter... :hans:

I'd say start building your trail spares along the lines of:

Upper ball joint
Lower ball joint
Tie rod assembly
Lift pump
Spare PMD
All 3 types of half shafts (front left, front right, rear)

Other suggestions, maybe a bit further down the line:
AC compressor delete bracket & pulley
Torx T55 bit
Spare serpentine belt
