Browns Camp, Oregon 19 May 2012 ???

Browns camp is all clear of snow now. Time to get the Hummers on the trail. The date is not set in stone yet. We can see what kind of turnout we get and adjust the date to what works for the most people. Everyone post up your ideas...
UPDATE... May 19th is a new tenative date. The 6th is not working out.:thumbs:

I hope so. It would be nice to do a redux of the Natches Pass Trail. I want to go to a place called "funny rocks" near Natches trail. We need to start a posting of all the good places to go wheeling in the state.

We wont be able to make Browns then, but there is going to be another Naches run this year once the trail opens. We'll be hitting the Moon and Funny rocks and probably some of the many other trails on the east side. Look for that one coming up. I'll post it up well in advance so there is plenty of time to plan for it.

It doesn't look like the 6th is going to work. I am going to change the post to the 19th, or leave it open for discussion.

I didnt want to generate a new thread since I doubt anyone will be able to make it but... I am planning a day of fun at Sand Lake in Pacific City, OR. Not too far from Browns Camp so I figured this would hit the target audience.

Tuesday, 11 SEPT. Offroad driving, food and maybe a brew at the Pelican to celebrate America... Umm...Eff Yeah!

Hope to see someone there. Im heading out from Portland

Hey Oak, I would start a separate thread to get some attention and to provide more info about your run to Sand Lake. Make sure you have your OR ATV permit and a flag for the dunes.

Also, post up in the new members section so we can learn a little more about you and your truck.
