That's the L side of the AC Delco filter which collapsed inward. Seems to run fine. Been on there for a yr. Not like the bearings are spectacular anyway. Life goes on.

This was the last Wix I changed.appears as though I he anti-drainback valve tore. I'm just glad it didn't get sucked into the engine some how. I always considered Wix about the best available, but now not sure where to look.
