Changing the bulb on roof lights and replacing a Bump Stop

Alright so when I went to the desert apparently one of my bump stops ripped off and now I need to replace it but I'm not too sure if its literally just a bolt straight through or if its going to be more complicated than that So if anyone has changed it before I would appreciate the help!! Also if you went with the stock or an aftermarket bump stop. I am having a bit of trouble finding the part as the dealers I have talked to apparently have no idea what that is-____-

And now a different question, has anyone changed their stock roof lights to HID bulbs? I want to do all my lights HID I already have my headlights with 6K bulbs!

Any help is always appreciated!!!

I'm guessing the bump stop to be a 5 minute affair. Screw driver to dig out the old and liquid dish soap and replacement unit pushed back in.

The dealer doesn't call it a bump stop, the call it a spring (I had the same problem as you) what have you done to your rig? T bar cranks? Stock height? lift? That will determine the be route for selecting bump stopc

I'm pretty sure its still stock height ( I'm not the original owner but I doubt the last guy cranked it) and would it be best to keep stock ones?? or are there other good options? (that aren't that much more expensive I'm ballin on a budget :D hahaha) If you could send me the part number I'd appreciate it!
