I brought the h3 into auto zone and this is what came up. Anyone know what this could be? It happen when i was driving on the interstate. H3 still runs fine. Idels smooth. Sounds good, just the engine light remains on.

Umm, do you have a code from when you went to Auto Zone? That would be helpful in the troubleshooting.

Sorry, I don't have the codes. But the check engine light did go off this morning on my way to work. It could be that I left my H3 in the colder weather instead of in my garage for the first time this year. When I went to start it that morning it was idling a little rough b/c it was cold out. (50 degrees, lol, cold for Louisiana). I'll still bring it in this week and maybe get my plugs changed (have never changed them, 88k miles) and a once over done just to be on the safe side.

My GF recently had a CE light on her car and the local Autozone said they couldn't help diag the codes anymore; something to do with recent Calif. law. It figures....
Any preventative maintenance I would recommend would be to make sure you clean the MAF sensor and have a clean air filter. Those seem to be the two things that become critical (at 78K miles) for me.
