Coil Spring Conversion

I found a set of coil springs on ebay for a great price so I bought them. I'm hoping to be able to get them put on when I'm home for thanksgiving, but I don't know where to start... Its not a conversion kit, its just 2 new oem springs. Is there anything else I need? Anything special that needs to be done? Instructions?

Are you converting from airbags back to springs or just replacing the springs.

If replacing the springs as far as I know all you need to do us disconnect the shocks jack the truck up high enough to let the axle drop out, you may need to disconnect the track bar.

If replacing air springs I'm not sure what the procedure is, but you will need the rubber coil spring isolators for each spring once the bags are removed.
