...it didn't do a damn thing to stop all the noise:gaah:. People a block away turn and look it is getting downright embarrassing driving the H3. I'm sure all the Jeepers laugh after I pass them.
I told the service manager twice, his assistant three times that is was NOT the shocks, but no, they won't listen
. So, tomorrow, I go back up and ask what the next step is. And in my opinion it is two springs
.
I'm sure the problems are: teflon spacers are gone on some of the ends on both sides and this is causing the clink.
I'm sure the busings are shot to hell on both sides and this is the creak/squeak.
I'll see what they say, but I'm very tempted
to get someone to pull them off, rebuild with new spacers, burn out the old POS rubber bushings, and install some poly bushings.
