Well myself and h3nightrod made it to the cliffs. It was muddy and made for some interesting moments. No carnage for me, a few more scratches down the drivers side. The mirror was bumped up against a couple trees. But luckily nothing broke.
We had a Toyota following us. I think he was expecting us to get stuck or take out body panels. I actually talked to him some while we stopped for lunch. He said he wanted to go easy today. So I guess that's why he tagged along behind us instead of following the Jeeps.
I was pulled out once and winched myself out of one area. Its funny my vehicle was the cleaner one at the end of the day.I guess I don't hit the go peddle like I did in my jeep. Which is good for the front axle. These nitto trail grapplers have impressed me. On some of the steep climbs I hit the throttle at the bottom to clean them out. Then I ease up on it on the way up.
Can't wait till the next time.
I even rescued a full size Chevy truck that was stuck.
