Diesel leak in unknown part, see

Good afternoon all,
I am currently trying to figure out why there is a diesel leak on the part shown in the pictures attached, any help will be strongly appreciated, im trying to figure it for my father in law that owns

the Hummer H1

Thanks, we ended up pulling it out, cleaning it and replacing the seals and its up and running now.
