Door control panel is fried?

As I'm sure others have experienced, a few of the marker lights have been leaking. I fixed them months ago, but now the front corner of the door has begun to leak. After getting out of work this afternoon, I was greeted with a soaked cockpit, all the way from the door to the steering wheel, even the seat is still wet.

Anyway on my way back from dinner I (tried) turned on the seat warmer, but the full seat button didn't work. So I then pressed the back only button, and it now has a cycling carousel like pattern in which the warmer cycles through over and over again. I tried turning the car off and turning it back on, but immediately upon restart it begins (without me touching it at all). I'm figuring I may need to take it apart, but was wondering if anyone knows how to do so.

Also, two other things, the window buttons and other plastic pieces on the door now look like worn trim. What should I do about that? And finally, since I may be taking this off, how can I silence the rattling that is always coming from the door?

You can paint the door interior parts with paint made just for vehicle interiors, just match your color to replicate it. As for the buttons, maybe just letting them dry off for a couple of days, might just fix the problem, because technically, you should have blown a fuse! And finally change the whole door seal trim, which is actually attached to the frame on the truck where the door closes, not on the door itself. And just for the sake of argument, check to make sure the molding on that attaches to the frame of the truck near the windshield is tightened down, and last but least, make sure it's not the molding around the window loose, because that seems to go, so you need to replace the double stick tape behind it, and reinstall it!
