How are your battery cable terminals and grounds?
I would also have a load test done on your battery.
When I've had this problem, I noticed the battery was either low or not that good. Maybe I'd allowed the battery to run down a bit. Doesn't make sense that it would affect the window, but that's what I've experienced. The ultimate 'fix' to resolve the issue on my truck has been to remove the window switch/module. Bring it into the house overnight and tie the battery cables together (not touching the terminals of course). That's worked 100% of the time when I've experienced this issue. Ironically, that was a tip I got from the previous owner ...after I paid(of course) and before I left his place ...lol
Every since I soldered on new Batt terminals, and replaced the battery with a 'good one', and cleaned a ground on the floor ..I haven't had the problem occur in a long long time.
As for the ground, there's one on the floor underneath the carpet between the driver's seat and where yer feet would go. Mine was very rusty where it was bolted down, from a previous roof leak. And that ground is pretty near the door module. There are several wire harness grounds peppered around the floor ..grounds are real critical on these 'newer' vehicles. So, that might give you a few things to look into.
Good luck
