Fender flare weatherstrip

Has anyone had to replace the fender flare seal between the flare and fender? What did you use? The factory seal is no longer available. I need one for the drivers Front fender. Any help would be appreciated.

threw mine away and didn't replace it. Don't see the reason for it.

keeps more dirt out of them crevices... which lessens the paint/clear wear.

Second look, this isn’t what I meant. Do a search for “fender flare gasket” brings up plenty though.
