Finally purchased a real 4x4 (H3)

Hello everybody, it took several years to get here, but I purchased my first Hummer last week. I bought a 2008 Hummer H3 Luxury trim line with the 3.7 motor. I love this thing, but some frustration does exist. Okay, mine did come with an owners manual, I've read what seemed like the pertiant sections though I still do have questions, in regards to upgrades, wiring, onstar and any tips or tricks you all are willing to share with me. My intention is to make my Hummer as nice as my budget will allow and keep it..since evidently they will nolonger be manufactured. I live in Lafayette, Indiana, I am a tattoo artist/ Studio owner. My passions are all over the place lol. I collect firearms, play video games, love to travel and attend metal music festivals. I'm 49 years old and this is my first " I'm going to join a car forum" , experience. I'm kind of cocktail, joke around a lot and I am NOT easily offended. I look forward to chatting with you guys.

Welcome.

Tip: If your H3 still has the Crappy Azzed OEM Battery Terminals, hack them off and replace with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand. The "FIRST" Mod to be done to every H3/H3T. ;)

I'll have to check. I stay pretty busy, so I haven't paid too much attention under hood...yet.Can you tell me what I should looking for? Eventually, I'll be dealing with the terminals. I have an intricate sound system that removed from my former vehical. I'll be damned if the dealership gets that after the trade in robbery they subject me to.

Wow, you are even closer..Right now I'm in my slow season ( Tattoo Artist), so I'm not sure I can afford high ticket extras at the moment. None the less, what style rack do you have ( I have a sunroof) and what are you asking?
