H3 competition?

Has anybody seen the news on the new Colorado/Canyon turbo-diesel? 4wd models have a 2 speed xfer case and locking rear. Oh, and it's fully boxed frame can tow 7,600 with 369 lb/ft of tq. I wonder how much we could rob for the H3, maybe the diesel engine!

I see a new whole drivetrain swap project for Chris ( 06H3) when when he brakes his V8 ... I do like the 2 wheel drive transfer box on the colorados .

I am more interested in the new 2018 Land Rover Defender 90 coming out. Solid axles and a diesel power option with front/rear lockers sounds like a potential 2007 Hummer H3 replacement for me.

They're making a diesel Colorado in the US?

I wouldn't replace my H3 with it, but I do like that drivetrain.
