Just checking to see if there is any interest in this DIY led light bar kits. as you can se in the pictures they look really nice after you get them powder coated , this kit comes as you see all pieces laser cut you just bend and weld for your led light bar.

I'd be interested. I'd like to know more about the attachment method. Are drilling holes into the body required or does this use factory mounting points?

x2! I've PM'd a few people who have added a light bar to the grill and haven't heard anything back. I'd just like too see what kind of mounting solution they have. Looks like the OP has forgotten about this thread.

How did you mount the 30" in your lower grill? I have a 30" one I want to install but it looks like I would have to remove and discard the metal frame/support that goes around the vent so I could use the hidden brackets. With that in place the light bar is to wide, mine is about 31 3/8" outside end to end. Is that what you had to do? Another question is the allen wrench bolts that hold the brackets on the light bar are to long. Did you cut them down or use another type of bolt? If you have any pics from your install that would be awesome. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
