The truck itself looks pretty nice. The lift, wheels, tires...not so much. He didn't say anything about changing/upgrading the steering components, half shafts, etc. You would be going through idler, pitman and tie rods left and right. If you went wheeling you would need the back of the truck filled with half shafts and steering parts. As set up that truck appears to be a street truck. I wouldn't wheel it.

Barf. I am with Dave about having a stash of halfshafts readily available for that thing. Tires have got to weigh 250/300 each!?

I wonder if the lift is mostly a body lift.... I don't like it though.... I'd be worried about the stress on ball joints, axles, brakes, etc etc.

These trucks are happiest stock. A 2" body lift to help get the rockers outta the way, 39" tires and an inch of suspension lift is as far as I want to push my truck.

i would hate to get rear ended in that hummer. they lifted the body and raised the rear bumper to the body and remover the trailer hitch off of it. nothing there to protect the aux fuel tank any more.

I wonder if it's really a MY 2000. The dash has the tach all the way over to the right, like in my '97. I thought the 2000's had the tach next to the speedometer in the center of the dash.
