Hummer H2 Sunroof Seal Replacement

Anyone have to replace the seal on their H2 sunroof. Mine is leaving so bad around the seal that the drains can't keep up. I removed the sunroof glass this weekend and tried to reseat it per the repair manual, but its still leaking. Its leaking at all four corners of the sunroof and is basically just pouring in through the gaps. The seal look like a major pain in the ass to replace and I was hoping to see if you guys had any advice or if anyone had theirs replaced. I may add some weatherstripping or try adding some liquid rubber to the seal to try and force it to seal a little better until I figure out a permanent fix. Any thoughts.

I need to get it fixed before the summer, since we get rain nearly every afternoon in Florida. I found a replacement seal for $100, but it look like a pain in the ass to replace and a new glass with the seal is around $700, so I think I will give it a shot. I might try some liquid rubber to see if that improves the existing seal first. I might even try this stuff first and apply it in a few coats to see if it improves the existing seal.

Wow--this is the number one reason I don't miss living in Florida. When you have a leak in your deuce it will never dry out there.
Since I've moved to the middle of the desert the deuce is living high and dry---even when it rains here it's only about one millionth of an inch and the truck dries out immediately.

I do hate seeing these threads pop up because I know I'll be in line having to repair mine soon now (I do have to use the carwash occasionally!)

Ordered a replacement seal, so hopefully that fixes it. That is if I can figure out how to reseat everything correctly.
