Yes. Go to the 3 dots and down arrow in the top right corner. It is the top item in the pull down menu.

I wanted to edit a typo. Not seeing the pull down menu you mention. When I go to the three dots, it gives me options to "share this thread", but not edit. I used to see 'Edit' in the lower left near where 'Report' is located. I looked at the site using Safari & Firefox, same thing.

Just posted this, and for this reply, I see Edit in lower left near Report. Previous posts by me don't show 'Edit' in lower left.

I think for a normal user, aka non-moderator, the option to edit goes away once someone other than the original poster views it. The below is a screenshot just now with the “edit” option.
