Yes. Any one of them could have stopped it if they had gone to the police instead of their bosses and the limp dick campus police. JoePa did the bare minimum he had to do, he took it to his boss and believed that he would handle it. I can't believe that of all the people that knew and later found out someone didn't make a big issue out of it. It is easy to say you would have done this or that in a certain situation when you weren't there but I can't imagine walking off and leaving that little boy with that sick SOB being a course of action that anyone I know would have followed. Most would have beat the crap out of Sandusky or tried. I can't think of anyone that wouldn't have stopped it and left with the child.
