Stopped at the Chrysler dealer looking for a Power Wagon to test drive (been wanting to look at one for years but can never find them on the lot). After having the salesman trying to get me into buying into a lifted 2500 with no luck, I climbed into the SRT and fell in love.
We took it out for a good long drive (it was a '15 model with 70 miles), I couldn't believe how stupid fast it is and how well the Brembo brakes pull it to a stop. What an awesome test drive. After climbing out, I had to reel myself back in and remember I came looking for a truck capable of pulling the travel trailer and still capable of bombing through the desert. The salesman tried his damndest to convince me the SRT could still fit the bill with 7200 tow rating and all wheel drive--he believed or tried to convince me I could still do all the things the H2 does because after all, it's a Jeep, right?
Anyway, if you feel like driving a fun vehicle, you gotta get one of these SRT's out, what a riot!
