Just recently purchased a h3.

So I just got this 06 h3, it has a 4” lift with 35’s. It needs some work and I am picking away at it one issue at a time. Right now I’m dealing with steering issues and have been trying to find a drop pitman arm because previous owner did not put one in. Any leads in where I could find one? Looked all over online but starting to think I’m going to have to make one.

If you've got a 4" lift and you have a pitman arm, then it sounds like you have a solid front axle and a steering box - is that correct? OEM setup is rack and pinion with no pitman arm. If so, then you have a custom setup. Post up some pictures and maybe someone can point you in the right direction.
