Need help setting iPad to think I'm in the U.S.

I've been told that you can setup your iPad to think it's in the U.S. when you're overseas. I can't see some of my shows because it's says they're not available outside the U.S. Anyone know how to do this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try disabling location services. In privacy settings.

Not sure how to do it on iPad but on android you download a VPN app. Virtual private network . The app I have used in past let's me pick either the USA or host of other countries to appear from

Yep that's probably the easiest. I use private internet access VPN.

The iPad has a VPN option in it's configuration. Just don't have a clue where to get the data to input. I know a British friend uses it all the time to get British programs when traveling. Anyone have any VPN configs?

You have to purchase VPN access from a company. Then they will have tutorials on how to add the settings and everything you need to connect. I use https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/

I do something similar to chaos, different company but same idea, works well
