Say, do you think you could make color matched stickers that would achieve this? I tried with another vendor in the past, but the letters did not stick to the tailgate and were very cheap...so they fell off within a couple weeks.

Most definitely, but it would require a crayon rubbing of the raised/sunken portion you want to fill. I would discount the first set from whoever provides that for each model as well.

EDIT: Color matched might be a problem however. Vinyl is like a box of crayons. There's probably something sorta close, but no way I am going to be able to match your paint.

I hear ya -- maroon would be close enough undoubtedly.

Guess we'll have to see if any Chicago H3Ts can help out with the dimensions.

I can send in a crayon rubbing of the front bumper and center caps HUMMER letters if that helps. They seem to sell great on eBay and I know there are a few members here that would buy them.

Since that area is textured, the vinyl isn't going to stick to it for long. One of the other users told me of problems he had with a version he got elsewhere, and that sort of seems like why he had the problem.
