New to me…2006 Hummer H3

My name is Scott and I just bought this H3 hummer from this guy that couldn’t get it to engage or out of first gear. So I will be on here looking for solutions to my problems. And thanks for letting me be apart of this forum

auto or stick? I assume the former.

You put it in D, but it won't upshift at all?

You still have the stock battery terminals? Ditch those asap for some nice Stingers.

PO of my rig fixed his trans shifting issues w/just changing out the battery terminals.

ALso, scan the rig for codes.

Put the transfer case in 4Hi LOCK and see if it moves.
