Hello all and a thank you to alrock for adding us to the sponsors page! My name is Jacob and I work for PHR. We are excited to be apart of a good community with experienced people offroad, onroad and behind the scenes. We were formally known as "Phoenix Hummer Repair" until we were given an opportunuty to expand beyond just hummer repair. Our focus is still automotive based, and our liking of the Hummer platform hasn't changed. We're looking forward to see how we can further benefit the Hummer community.
Our most recent accomplishment is retrofitting a 6l80e into our H1, the mastermind is James. We recently had a very successful first test run at the 25th annual Hummer club event in Moab, Utah. We are in the final stages of testing and fine tuning before offering the kit.
Our in house abilities include:
- Rapid Prototyping
- CAD + Engineer Prints
- 3D Plastic Modeling
CNC:
- Multiple 4-axis milling machines with large scale capabilities
- Full Tig + Mig capable Welding
- Sheet Metal + Tube (Cutting + Forming)
- Laser + Plasma
- CNC Press Brake
- Full CNC Programable H-Frame saw
- Full Pivot Saw
- CNC Automated Bender
