I found an old thread that briefly talked about this being a problem, they removed the steering box, replaced the seals and put it back in. I'd like to know if this can be done without removing the box? There appears to be enough room to work once the steering shaft is disconnected.
Mine is leaking around the shaft that connects to the steering column and it looks like I can buy a $6 seal kit, I just don't want to pull that box if I don't need to.
Anybody have to deal with this?
