Question about Jack and what's missing on SUT

Ok, I know the jack is located inside the bed of the SUT with the key lock. The jack is in there, but there looks to be some kind of holder up above the jack. Not sure what is supposed to be up there....maybe the tool kit for the jack? or is that under the rear seat? Never had a SUT before so it's all new to me!

Can't remember if that is the jack handle slot or not. Never even opened mine. Used a floor jack on all the Hummers.
