Made the jump finally and got the BFG AT 315/75-16. Got a great deal from American Tire Depot, $250 each out the door. Only problem I had was the wheel lock I had was the wrong one. Luckily they have the easy off kit to take the security nut off. Hope to try them out in a couple of weeks up in Big Bear. I still have the old tires that still have some tread left that I will list in the right forum including a brand new spare.

I hope to try them soon up in Big Bear but I hear a lot of trails are closed because of fire season and too hot for Anza yet.

Sold the old rims when I bought the new ones. In a few years when I get the H3 back full time from my daughter, I plan on turning it into a full time trail rig. Half of my tuition payments will be gone and I can waste my money on my hobbies (tax write off).
