H3 Rubbing Noise while Turning

My 2008 H3 Alpha V8 with 65K miles intermittently makes a rubbing noise when turning at slower speeds. I've had it into three dealers numerous times and of course, when there it behaves itself, or will make the noise but never long enough to solved. It happens more often during 5-10 MPH left turns and either direction u-turns, but can do it with a slow right turn of about 35 degrees.
I've replaced tires and shocks, did the road force balance, have had it aligned and re-aligned, and it did it twice today.
Any ideas?

Are there wear spots - shiny sections - on the sway bar? Look in the wheel well towards the front and side of the tire and there's a 1" bar there. Is there a shiny section on that bar? That would show if the tire is actually rubbing or if it's a sound like it's rubbing without the actual contact.

Is it a rubbing, as opposed to a grinding, noise?

Sway bar rub.

If you cranked the t bars come down 1/2 inch and try that.
