There really goofy looking but I can appreciate the time that went into fabricating them and I have to remember there "goofy looking" for a reason (the movie). I remember search Super Swamper on eBay a couple months back and there was a golf cart“ish” vehicle that was a miniature replica of the black one called Tumbler (sp?). Supposedly they used it to get around the set during the filming of the movie, that’s how I knew it had something to do with Batman. It had dually 27” Super Swampers TSL out black vs. the 44” on the real one you posted.
I did another google search and the black one and this is what wikipedia has to say
