Just use some 2 foot wheel spacers - and you won't have any rubbing. Probably should add some E&G fender flares to minimize tire spray!

I would really recommend re-gearing. Maybe like 750:44s. Might be a little sluggish with stock gearing. I would do a low range T-case swap for sure.
