This sticker has been on the rear window since i got it a couple years ago. either its a cheap sticker or whoever put it on there didn't do it correctly cause its peeling now. should i just leave it on there or take it off

It's an exterior vinyl decal, if it's been on there for a few years consider it good now that it's peeling. Take it off and find a new one. An entire thread on a peeling decal......lol

Keep it, it looks good to me! I had my own custom made one like that, it's large and sits in the middle of the window, and had it made in black so only if you really look at it, do you notice it. So it's not in the way, I also went the extra mile and had them make it inverted so it could mount inside instead of outside, that way it won't break down as quickly from being exposed to the weather elements!
