Will not start

The Hummer will not start. I tried installing the Diablo tuner. The backup for the tuner worked, then I tried to install the Diablo package and an error came up saying "illegal tune" or something along those lines. I tried reloading the factory tune off the Diablo and it keeps stoping and saying the same message. And now the vehicle will not start. I tried to jump start it, but the battery seems fine. I feel that my car locked me out from starting it. How to I fix this or do I have to tow to a dealer?

Brand new off the Diablo website.

I'd be on the phone ASAP looking for an answer from the Diablo hotline! Let's hope because it's the end of day Friday those clowns haven't packed it in and called it a long weekend!

I usually don't get involved with non-OEM tunes, but you have disconnected the battery for about 30 seconds and tried to start the vehicle?

I would also make sure you have a good charge on the battery. I had a similar glitch on my tuner due to a bad cell in the battery. I hooked it up to a battery charger to retune so I could start the vehicle again. Replaced the battery and everything worked fine after that.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I had it off the battery all weekend while I was out of town. I'm going to try in the morning and call Diablo.
