Passenger Door windows only works after "slamming the door several times. Same with the seat heater. Nothing electric until the door sammed 3-4 times.

For several months the passenger door window only works sporadically as do the seat heaters. There is apparently no electric going to the door. I assume a loose or frayed wire, but where is it located? I already left 1 help message as now, in Florida for 102 heat I have no AC (a center panel problem I assume) and now I cannot open my window on the passenger side.
