I was invited out to join some friends that go camping out on the eastern part of California City. If you were to look on a map, there are all kinds of street out there. :link:
Well, the truth is, the place is, well, deserted! The streets are grated but there are no homes here. My friends found a cul-de-sac to park their RVs and enjoy the motorcycle riding in the middle of nowhere.

The weather was pretty nice and the ladies wanted me to take them out. We found a few areas that were fun to play. I followed around a quad rider to a few locations.
After we came back to camp, I took a couple of the guys out to play with a couple on their motorcycles. It was fun opening up the throttle and not worrying about others around.
There are some weird memorials on the hilltops around here.
We went back to camp to grab some dinner. I had a P0107 code pop up while thrashing around. I found the source when I popped the hood to connect the air compressor.
I guess the mechanic forgot to reconnect my intake when he replaced my power steering pump.
It was a fun day. We just stuck around the fire until 10:00 and went home.
A fun day in the desert. Oh, I remembered to turn on the GoPro, but forgot to empty the card first. Here is the footage I captured.
