What are the other 4 points that it mounts to? The ones by the front body mount?
I use an high-speed air grinder with a cut-off wheel to trim the plastic. You can also use an electric one (Dremel tool), or even a cut-off wheel mounted in a cordless drill. The last option turns at a lower rpm but it will still work. I like the high-speed tool because it literally melts its way thru the cut. It works so well you have to be careful not to get carried away with it.what did you use to cut the fascia?
Yes, the winch mounting holes are already there. But any additional holes you need for mounting the fascia, will have to be drilled by you. This is because the bumper is intended to be used with the THORparts grille & light pods. These pics show the latest idea of using the bumper with the stock plastic fascia, and I really have not pursued it past this point. I'm looking for guinea pigs to try it out.Do I need to drill holes to mount the winch or are holes pre-drilled?
Yup. (4) bolts at the front...where the tow hooks mount. (4) bolts by the front body mount on the outboard sides of the frame. On a stock front end...these outboard mounts are where the plastic fascia attaches. That gets removed and the brackets must be un-bolted from the backside of the fascia. Then you can trim it...drill some holes...and re-mount the fascia directly to the bumper. Like I said...it looks totally doable on this welding jig but, it needs to be done ON THE TRUCK before I can truly sign-off on it.What are the other 4 points that it mounts to?
