Thanks, I'd really take either, I'm just not willing to pay full retail. If I can't find a cheaper alternative, I'll probably just build one, but I just really don't have the free time

Or you could just drive over to DOI and buy one direct from Matt. He's in your backyard (Waverly, IN). He might be locked into a no-compete agreement with Teaka, (which is why I sell my stuff direct). I have not seen him in years, and he may have shut down DOI. He had a baby and that changes everything.

I thought I heard he had shut down completely. I've been to his shop, but it's probably been 5 years. I'll probably spot him an email and see what's up.

Was looking at your stuff as well, but got no more than I'll use the winch rather have it hidden. Appreciate the help.

The skid will have to mount on the underside of the bumper. You'll need adjust the leading bend slightly to make it set flush against the bottom of the DOI bumper, but it will work.

Looked at those as well. They apparently only sell it with a winch. I'm open to either - just being cheap

Don't be cheap, you have a H3T Alpha/lux/offroad, nothing is cheap for H3/H3T's due to the fact most vehicle specific accessories have been discontinued. If you can't source the DOI or Predator 4Speedfunk makes a great alternative too.

If you can't find a hidden (underwater) winch bumper, I do have a couple "blem" front bumpers if you're interested...$749 ($50 off). The blems are so slight, you probably won't be able to find them. I marked them as "blem" because...well...you know...some Hummer guys get all teary-eyed if there is some sort of flaw, scuff, fingerprint, or piece of lint on their offroad bumper.....

I will also be updating my personal truck with a new (blem probably) THORparts front bumper. No reason...other than I can. The one that's currently on the truck will be coming off. It has a welded-on bull bar, and lots of scrapes, scratches, and a dent in the drivers-side light pod. I will even pound the dent out for you. This is the original THORparts prototype so it has a few minor differences from the later production bumpers, that I sell.
