That's a nice looking couple!

Dave, I think he got the one that was in Maine a few weeks back.

Nice truck! Love the CE, it is going to be a real collectable vehicle someday IMO. Did you buy it down in Mass?

Basically you get a cloth interior......and a little less badging than an Alpha, a front locker....otherwise than that it is basically the same!

Congrats, pardon my ignorance but what is the diffrence with the CE?
I'm still learning the diffrence in the various packages.
Championship Edition have
Exclusive Ultra Silver Metallic Paint
5.3L V8
Cloth Interior (Can be upgraded to leather)
Off-Road Package (4:1 T-Case, 33" Tires, Specially Tuned Shocks, Front & Rear Lockers)
Fender Flares
Brush Guard
Color Matching Grille
Exclusive Hood Decal
Red Painted Shocks & Brake Calipers
Under Body Shield

Very similar to an Alpha w/ Off Road package with some cosmetic differences and the availability of cloth seats

They also came from the factory with a set of OEM sliders/rocker panels but most dealers removed them and replaced them with the chrome OEM step tubes.

I think they were available with either rocker panel protects or side steps from the factory but I think more then not they had side steps (both the ones that where forsale around here had black nerfs) but its possible the dealers swapped them out also.

2007HummerH2,
I will keep my eyes out for a set of OEM sliders for you out here in the Southwest. I have seen them for sale on Craigslist out here from time to time. I lucked out and got a set of the OEM sliders for free from a forum member. Alrock and I put that set on my wife's H3. I bought the OEM u-steps at a great price from another forum member. I don't know if he still has any left. If he does, I'm sure that he will post them up at some point. Be patient, and i'm sure that you will find what you're looking for, especially now that other forum members know what you're looking for. We all try to help each other out that way and in many other ways as well!
