They are 17x8.5" Hutchinson Rock Monsters beadlocks with 36x13.50-16 Interco Super Swamper Bias Iroks

I don't know Russian but from what I read using a Google translator, the guy in the video is from the US. The pictures are them being mounted and crated to be shipped to Russia.

I can't remember right now. It's been so long since I installed them. If I can sell them, I'll be upgrading to 38.5 or 39.
