I'll let you know. Not that we have a ton of articulation stock anyway. I think extension won't be the problem but upwards might be tougher unless I air them down. I figure I'm not into hardcore wheeling but trail exploring and after reading a lot of his posts seemed like with similar interests if it was good in enough for him I'd take the plunge

My thoughts as well. I could have msg' him to double check, but I needed a quick fix now due to the trailer.. We'll see how they do. Right now they are holding air and riding smooth. Really helping with the bad jack in the box side to side sway I was having every time I went over something unevenly. Inconvenient when you have to try and get those Priuses sideways. :giggle:

Sorry I have not checked in for awhile. I been "Overlanding" Arkansas shooting scenery and lots of waterfalls.
The ride with the air bags was a great improvement especially blasting down Forest Service roads that are not always well maintained.

One added surprise was the way my rig handles in the front end now.

With my extensive modding of components to gain some more travel up front I had a result when under hard acceleration the front would lift and sort of dance around some. It only occurred when I had a heavy foot.
Turns out the soft worn rear springs from loading heavy were allowing it to squat in the rear under acceleration. I also believe the springs had some sideways flex.

With my Hunner custom intake and snorkle plus the Flashpak in tow mode, I have plenty of power.

The air bag took that out! Now I can blast down on ramps and merge without the light front end.

Looks like my pictures I tried to load up on the Etrailer site did not make it for some reason.

Our rear ends have a ton of flex IMO. If you disconnect the sway bars and put longer shocks you can get almost 12in of travel BONE STOCK. No jeep can do that. I want to eventually add air bags but because travel is high on the priority list for me I would go with the day star air bag cradle. It lets the bag sit in the "cup" but when you flex it out nothing is stopping it, the air bag will leave the cup and let you flex out infinitely without breaking the bag.

Glad you got them all on! And yes, they are definitely a little heavier to get up there than the oem ones!

Just got back from vacation and figured I'd share some pics. Spent eight days exploring around the snake river/ hells canyon rec area and then further into Idaho in the Payette national forest
