Airaid Jr. Kit for 2008 Hummer H2?

I did buy part #201-783 Airaid Jr. Kit for my 2008 Hummer H2 which as shown in Airaid website fits my car, However the the stock tube that is replaced with the MIT tube have two items to be connected to the factory filter minder & some thing with wire! on the MIT i can only find one spot to connect the factory filter minder only! plus the airaid premium filter wont fit tightly in the stock air box its smaller than the stock one so there is space left there from the outside of the car where air comes in! is this normal?

Never changed out the air filtration system on either of my H2s and haven't looked at an Air Raid kit. One of the H2 guys should chime in soon.

But I've never installed an air intake on the deuce either.
Go fish.....

All aftermarket kits let warm air enter the intake, except Volant. The factory H2 air system is already a cold air intake You should have received some rubber seal to place along the top to seal against hood to seal out a majority of the hot air
