Just wanted to say thank you to Eric (H3slate) for a great run, a lot of patience, the two tows, and a well thought out introduction to what my H3 can do. It was a real pleasure meeting you and your boys, my buddy Chris and I really had a good time and it was a lot of fun for my first time wheeling! Looking forward to completing some upgrades for the next run! Pics to come soon!

So ABNTROOP and I had a "Meet and Wheel" today.

It was nice to meet up with Matt and check out his truck. He had just installed his GOBI rack this morning. We spent some time talking about future upgrades, got him a OHV permit and hit the trails.

It was pretty busy at Browns Camp today. Lots of dirt bikes and ATV's that had a hard time sharing the trails. :gaah:

We ran a few of the milder trails, but due to the wet conditions a couple of spots were pretty challenging.

The first big obstacle; after a few tries I helped Matt get past this,

It was beautiful up there, in the 70's, it had snowed just the week before.

When it wasn't super muddy, Matt's truck performed very well getting past obstacles.

He even did some 3 wheeling! :horns:

I had a blast!! Matt did very well, even though he was sweating bullets through a couple of sections of trail. There are plenty of more trails to explore up there, so hopefully we can go back soon.

Nice to meet a local forum member and wheeler!

The kind that threaten to remove your side view mirrors or fenders by force? :) had a few close calls today! Lots of tight spots, was a hoot!

Holy hell, do you get that much travel in the back tires with a stock setup?
