It seems like it's problem after problem... I can't take my 3 out of park. I try rocking it back and forth, turning the steering wheeling, but it still won't shift out of park. This isn't the first time that's happen last time it didn't shift at first but then out of no where it let me. But this time it's not. How can I fix this and what's wrong with it?

So i removed the center console and there is a override button (thank you graham). But I still can't shift by just pressing the brake.

Make sure the battery connections are still good, and that the battery is still good, they can play havoc with everything if they aren't.

Also try resetting the electronics if you haven't (the unhook battery for 10 or so min and hook it back up method)

The battery connection is good and I also tried that but it's still the same lol... I might have to ghetto it and drill a hole by the shifter and stick something in it so I can push down the override button every time lol

Fuse, brake light switch (Do your brake lights come on when you hit the brake?), Shifter interlock solenoid, Neutral safety switch.

The brake lights come on but after I use the override button and shift out of park I can shift freely, but after I shift back in park it's stuck again

Yeah, did it happen to you too?

No, but I have seen it on other vehicles. There should be a solenoid to the rear of the shifter that has a cable running to the shifter. When you press the brake you should have battery voltage on the solenoids plug. if you have voltage there I would assume the solenoid is going bad or is bad or the ground is bad.

ETA: I would wait until it happens again and check for voltage there.

It looks like on the H3 it is mounted to the shifter assembly. You should check the plug on it. This is what it looks like:

ETA: Electrical schematic is on page 98 of the 2006 H3 wiring diagram PDF.

12V from BCM --> Shift lock control solenoid --> Ground

BCM probably receives a signal from the brake pedal and maybe the park-neutral-reverse switch on the tranny (though I think the second would be ruled out if your reverse lights are working correctly).
