Central NY H3 having Predator Raptorq problems

I'm trying to give the 3.5 a little more power and I ordered a predator ECU. When I plugged it in I immediately got a check engine light and my driver's window stopped working along with the power locks. After doing a lot more research I might've made a mistake, Ordering this new ECU. The folks at predator haven't been able to help yet, the product came with zero instructions does anyone have experience with these ?

Make sure all your pins are bright & shiny and that everything is properly seated. PCM connectors properly locked in place. I had a little trash in the interior rim of one connector & it set off all kinds of codes. I went with PCM of NC and retuned my original. removed the trash, and used some dielectric grease on the connectors before putting back together & that did wonders.

I let it sit for a month gotten it yesterday and windows and doors started working! Go figure, I have appointment with the dealer for a CASE relearn next week. I guess I should've went with PCM for me.
