For some reason the bushings on my 2006 were internally different than the new ones that 4 speed sent me. Either way we figured it out and have a set installed on my 2006 now and have another complete set sitting on the bench all done.

Next project is turning a delrin bushing for our differential crossmember. I wish someone had a spare rancho crossmember because we could make you a delrin bushing for that as well.

Wish I had one...if you want I can send you the rubber bushing I have but I believe there is some flaws in the bushing itself.

Do you have any pictures of the crossmember and also the bushing alone? We still might be able to come up with something. We like a challenge

You need to be doing this mod the Colorado/Canyon brackets. Period. Its the same bracket with twice the bushing! Having (2) bushings out at each end of the axle to control the housing flex is whats needed. Adding urethane bushings at all (4) mounting points with a 5th urethane mount at the snout (Rancho style)...and I think you would have THE ULTIMATE set-up!

(then all you need is a chopped 10-bolt and 4.88s!)

Honestly we do not need the colorado mounts. With delrin at all three corners I can go in 4low 1st gear and let off the clutch with the brakes on and the differential does not move. PERIOD. This is the next best thing to solid mounts!

I do want a 10 bolt though....

Holy ****, I only installed one side last night due to rain but damn the tightness of the front end is 100000 times better. Can't wait to do the other side and new rancho bushing. Kick ass modification and highly recommended. Thanks atvspeed4!
