Does anyone know which camshaft position sensor is "A"? Intake or exhaust?

My problem is a low idle that I've had since I got the Hummer. Carmax cleaned out the throttle body when I 1st got it to try to fix the issue & stated that all Hummers do this. Of course that didn't fix it & it has slowly become worse over time to the point that I am waiting for the car to die everytime I come to a stop or do a slow crawl. It hasn't died yet. So, it threw a code about the camshaft & Lincoln thinks it could be what I stated above.

Thoughts?

I have always had a low idle. It has never really been a concern to me. I mean, some times it sounds like the truck wants to shut off while sitting at a light, but before it does, the engine rights itself. Check your sparkplugs and clean your MAF sensor. My MAP sensor died once when I was taking off from a light and that put the truck in low power mode until I pulled over and restarted.
