By the way, the guy at the store I purchase my rifle from, advise me to get the Leopold mark 6 1-6x20mm (34mm) m6c1
55ee1bc91c098116b5cbadac89bc2959.jpg

he said that since my MR762 it has a 16.5 inch barrel and it is a semi-auto rifle and with a .308 round i should be happy by being able to engage target at a maximum of 800 yards. Keeping in mind that that's the .308 max effect range rating. That would be not including that my barrel would be shorter 4 inch thus making engaging target any further harder and not too realistic. He told me that for anything farther than 800 yards I'd need something more like a Remington 700 bolt action with a 20 inch barrel. Which I think makes more sense. Anyways what's your take on that recon.

The scope comes with 2 optional reticles

Once again I like the TMR reticles
But he said if it was up to him he would recommend the CMR reticles since ip everything it is pretty much lay out for you.

Cheaper Than Dirt is far from the cheapest place online to buy anything. Buying in bulk saves me 25-30% over WalMart prices which are 15-20% less than most gun store ammo prices.

LaxAmmo has 500 rounds of 150gr American Eagle for $319.00. I think they charge 9.99 shipping on all orders. I but 9mm trome for .19/round. Prices change so you have to watch what they have.

Thanks I'm gonna check them out. Shipping is usually what kills the deals when purchasing ammo. I been wanting to buy some spam cans for my moving nagant but the shipping is like 26 dollar and the can is 76 so it is hard to compensate.

Palmetto State Armory has the cheapest 308 match ammo price. See if they have regular ammo too.

Trousers.

Regular multi cam fatigue coat top with a Whats call a snake over-coat, so basically u just throw it over you, fits like an over coat, when going fully ghillie as well it mesh so ventilation is good.

I have been looking at the SCAR 16. Very nice. Guy was telling me to check out the Black Rain ARs. Anybody have one? Thoughts?

Stay away from Black Rain. They came down here to NC to promote their rifles. The demo ones worked great. They sold many to friends of mine. Every single one that bought one has had issues with it. Most have returned the rifles for a refund.

The ensemble is now complete! I'd like to see a pic of you in the field just to see how much you blend and disappear into your surroundings. Very cool!

I'll post a pic when I take one. Rather it needs to be a vid or else pics look like you fake it. The video makes more justice "dude Yhe damn bush just moved!"

Trick with ghilliies is that you make them with the lightest color in your environment, and then you supplement it with natural vegetation. The common mistake is to make it dark like the fresh vegetation but that actually sticks out like a sore thumb.

Here's an example. I'm the one on the left. My partner with the darker ghilliie and dark boots was so conspicuous.

Yeah, I made mine in a medium color I'd say...the darkest color of jute I use was brown, all the others is forest green, tan, light olive. I just tried to stay within the colors of the multicam...and I still need to Ghillie wash my suit...jute looses most of its color and gain others depending the dirt's place you wash them with...my sniper buddies used to tell me that not to focus too much in the color of the jute or burlap since it will change with every Guilin wash you do, but rather worry about and pay attention of the foliage you attach to your suit (and it should be 20-30% part of your suit)..and to constantly making sure it matches the current environment you are in...because even tho you are in the same area sometimes vegetation changes 100-200 meters forwards, the plants that might have been back there might not be in your current area. Them used to say that's where the whole always blending in factor becoming a non stop work and PITA. But I'll see how this goes I'm still in learning stage lol.
